The 10-minute discovery.

Ten minutes on a call, no slides, no cost, no commitment — and it is not a sales call.

You bring the question that keeps moving — a market you're weighing, a company you're steering, a product line that won't explain itself. In ten minutes we tell you two things: whether the question is researchable, and what we would point at it.

If the research isn't worth doing, we say that too — and the call has cost you nothing but ten minutes. Booking takes one minute with the form below.

We reply with three time slots — usually the same day. Or write to info@analytica-data.com.

A working session: two people at a table with a laptop
Step two · The working session

The Deeplytica 30.

A paid, structured working session with the founder or the CEO — three blocks of ten minutes each. It produces your company map.

00–10

The question

What you're trying to decide, in your own words — written down and sharpened until it's researchable.

10–20

The walk-through

We walk the company together: the departments, the tools each one lives in, where the data sits, what hurts, and the reports you wish existed.

20–30

The map & the dimensions

The walk-through becomes your company map, and we close by naming the dimensions we would research and the first claims we would try to refute.

What you leave with

The company map.

The document everything else is framed against — and it's yours whether or not you commission the research.

The company map holds your departments, the tools they run on, the data sources behind them, the pains each one carries, and the metric that actually matters to you. Most owners see it drawn for the first time.

If you commission the research, it becomes the frame every research dimension is checked against — the reason the findings land on your reality instead of a generic version of your industry.

You also leave with the research dimensions we would field agents on, and the first claims we would put on the verification ledger — so you know exactly what you'd be commissioning before anything more moves.

Questions

Asked before booking.

The honest answers — the same discipline we put in the reports.

Why is The Deeplytica 30 paid?

Because it's a working session that produces a deliverable — your company map — not a sales call. Paying for it keeps it honest: we spend the thirty minutes working on your company, not pitching ours.

What happens to what we tell you?

Interviews, transcripts, and files are confidential and used only inside your engagement. We don't name clients, quote their material, or publish results without written approval.

Do you need access to our systems?

No. We work from exports you choose to share — price lists, reports, transcripts, data extracts. We don't take live access to your ERP or your accounts.

What if our question isn't researchable?

Then we say so in the free ten minutes, tell you why, and end there. A question we can't verify isn't one we'll bill for.

Who actually does the research?

Fleets of research agents do the reading, the cross-examination, and the arithmetic. People frame the dimensions, run the interviews, and stand behind every report that leaves the house.

How long does a full engagement take?

It depends on the scope — and the scope is agreed before anything is commissioned. The dimensions, the timeline, and what lands on your desk are all fixed at the start, in writing.

Why not just run an AI deep-research query ourselves?

For a public question, do — those tools are genuinely useful, and we field agent fleets ourselves. What a subscription can't do: sit with your department heads and record what the warehouse knows, read your own exports against the market's numbers, hold every claim to a refutation pass with the failures left visible, and keep watching your market after the report lands. The model is the easy part. The discipline — and the standing watch — is the product.

What does it cost?

Anchors, before we talk: The Deeplytica 30 is USD 750 flat. Focused reviews start at USD 6,000. The Company Intelligence Review starts at USD 18,000, and The Living Ledger at USD 1,500 a month. Every engagement is a fixed fee agreed in writing before work starts — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. And if the free ten minutes says your question isn't researchable, it costs you nothing at all.
