The service. Deeplytica provides research and analysis — reports, briefings, datasets, and the Living Ledger monitoring service. Research is judgement under uncertainty: we commit to the discipline described in our method, not to the future behaving itself.
Specimen content. Anything labelled SPECIMEN on this site is a worked example with a fictional company. It demonstrates format and discipline; it makes no claim about any real business.
Engagements. Every paid engagement is governed by its engagement letter — scope, timeline, fee, confidentiality, and deliverables, fixed in writing before work starts. If this page and the letter ever disagree, the letter wins.
Confidentiality. What you tell us stays inside the engagement. We are happy to sign your NDA, or use ours. We don't name clients or reuse their material without written approval.
Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the right to share the data and recordings you give us, and that decisions taken on our research remain yours — we inform them, we don't make them.
Intellectual property. Deliverables are licensed to you for internal use, in perpetuity, once paid. Our method, templates, and the portal remain ours.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Last updated: July 2026.
